These terms are meant to set clear expectations for an early-stage product release. They are written in plain language and may evolve as GuardAxis matures.
Product boundaries
- GuardAxis generates draft materials for internal review.
- It does not provide legal advice or regulatory determinations.
- Outputs require business, security, and legal review before use.
- Website content is supporting evidence only, not confirmed truth.
Use of the site
- Provide only information you have the right to share.
- Avoid unnecessary secrets or unrelated personal data.
- Do not rely on sample outputs as proof of your own practices.
- Use the product in a way that respects payment and export controls.
Payments and fulfillment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Paid unlocks provide access to the offer described at checkout, but they do not convert GuardAxis into a law firm, compliance auditor, or certification service.
Review Sprint includes a manual review path on the scope described in the product copy. Requests outside that scope may require separate coordination.
